Who May
Apply
While Gestalt Training is recommended to
those in the helping professions and the behavioural life
sciences, applications are invited by those with relative life
experiences and those committed to self-awareness/personal
development. TGI practices a non-discriminatory selection of
students on the grounds of race, gender, class, sexual
preferences, religion, or any disability or belief that does
not directly interfere with the competent fulfillment of
training and practice.
The Certificate of Gestalt
Therapy 12 month part-time course may be undertaken for
personal development only. If students follow on to do
the Advanced Diploma in Gestalt Therapy, then this Certificate
course automatically becomes the first year of the
four-year course.
Students
Who Live Away
Terrigal
Gestalt Institute has developed our student programs so that
students who do not live locally can access our training. All
training activities are structured over weekends and where
possible distance students are given priority for student
Support Sessions. Library resources are available by post,
upon request. Primary Trainers also retain regular e-mail and
phone contact with students who live away, to meet their
training needs. |
